Breakfast Wednesday 25 June 2025

Another scorcher in eastern half of the US. Ugh

Later today I'm planning on vanilla yogurt, frozen blueberries and cold tea

a specific variety of mango prized for their smooth, creamy, and sweet flesh with minimal fiber and a characteristic golden-yellow skin that wrinkles slightly when ripe. They are typically smaller than other mango varieties and have a very thin pit, resulting in a higher flesh-to-pit ratio.

Grits with Gouda and ham. Nollie had puppy food with a sprinkle of grated sharp Cheddar. We both had water. Plus, I had a lime Lassi which of course, she thought that she was entitled to have. Once she had a taste, she quickly changed her mind.

Temp 98° and feels like is 108°

We're trying to stay hydrated and laying low today.

I hope everyone is having a lovely day.
