What's for Dinner, Tues., July 2, 2025

Starting off with miniature breaded eggplant sandwiches with harissa mayo.
(eggplant is delicious with harissa, which has chiles, coriander, caraway, olive oil, +)

Caramelizing in the skillet is Hungarian Fried Cabbage, along with a couple bratwursts. They are cooking very slow, so I'll have them much, much later.

I'm having bratwursts to celebrate the arrival of the RG in Germany, where he'll be for a couple weeks.

Last of the cantaloupe for dessert. Cold tea.
