La Coliniere
(1,533 posts)Wanted to make something easy and not heat up the house. Used lavash flat bread slathered with balsamic-walnut dressing. Air-fried and crushed frozen TJs falafel balls were added. Then sliced tomatoes from our small garden, and thinly sliced red onion. A good squirt of tahini and then I added a large handful of mixed lettuces before tightly rolling up. Cheers!🥂
