Breakfast Thursday 21 August 2025

My sister is visiting for a few days so I fixed a breakfast casserole yesterday based on this recipe

I don't eat animal, but I will eat dairy.
So breakfast veggie casserole, here I come!

We're supposed to be north of 110 F today, with humidity in the 30% range. Ugh. Come on, October!
