Cheeseburger pie.

I cut corners in using premade pie crust. Added onions in with the burger and cheese along with tomatoes to bake and topped a slice with bread and butter pickles.

Did you have public school lunches and have, what my school called, (I don't understand why, except it was the 60's) Chinese Pie. Just add corn to the burger and put mashed potatoes under that cheese, then bake for hours until lunch. I loved it. I've never successfully made it for myself.
