Simplicity is best,, after all, it's a chick salad. A bit of mayo or . MW like 2 tbs,one spoon of sweet relish and a half spoon of raw onion,for crunch.
Spicing comes from my chicken, I just don't drown it out with the dressing.

Although it's turkey salad I remember my mother making, I think the perfect chicken OR turkey salad includes both dark and light meat. The dark adds a bit of deeper flavor that really makes it delicious.

and a filling that's not too soggy.

I can cook most anything but this has to be made by someone else. Applause to those who can make it.

I go fajita or tacos for chicken, either will have zing!!
