What's for Dinner, Sat., Feb. 21, 2026

Pizza with Caramelized Onions, Figs, Bacon, and Blue Cheese. I'm using dried figs & turkey bacon.

Baby arugula salad with goat cheese, toasted cashews and spicy orange dressing.

Unflavored kombucha.

Dessert: fruit salad with Hami melon, green grapes, tangelos, blackberries, and Cosmic Crisp apple. Hot Earl Grey tea.

Spinach and tomato salad with a Caesar dressing
Bean and ham soup from yesterday topped with some melted cheddar cheese.
Coffee tonight for a change. Decaf.
