I'm planning on popcorn and fizzy water later tonight as I rewatch the premiere episode of Firefly again.

Air-fried breaded pollock fillets on multigrain rolls with lettuce, tomato, sliced red onion, ketchup and homemade tartar sauce. Also made braised cabbage, chopped onion and sliced mushrooms in mustard sauce. Cheers!🥂

The momos were from Aldi, had a vegetable filling, and came with a spicy chili garlic sauce. The potstickers were filled with leek and tofu, and my son made a dipping sauce with soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, lime juice, sriracha, sugar and toasted sesame oil. They got a small package of baby bok choy at the Asian store where the potstickers came from, and my son augmented that with some leftover broccoli.

My dessert is a few Easter M&Ms and a few jelly beans.
