What's for Dinner, Sun., March 15, 2026

Chicken breast with steamed broccoli and mixed with Japanese sesame sauce. Served over quinoa.

Kombucha, unflavored.

Dessert: carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. Decaf coffee.

I made the sauce last night. I quadrupled the recipe because I love it so much.

With twice baked potato skins and some Smithwicks. Happy early St Pats to those who celebrate! ☘️
