Breakfast Monday 30 March 2026

Later this morning, I'll make scrambled tofu with tomatoes spinach and onions mixed in and have a pot of hot tea. Maybe sliced blood orange on the side.

For you. It’s a game changer.

Boil the tofu in salted water for six minutes. Tear it up into pieces before you boil it. The tofu will then take on the flavors of whatever else you’re cooking at an enhanced rate.

As we both know, tofu does this anyway. If you try this method with a sauce like hoisin, for example, you will find it exceptionally delicious.

No, haven’t seen her.

I tried this with orange sauce and broccoli and wanted to run out the door for more tofu!
