Later this morning I'll be at the doctor & getting fasting bloodwork, so I get to have some water....bummer.

Storm came in last night and knocked out our power. When I woke up this morning l was glad to see they got it back up..

Some of my dad’s friends from the Navy visited. So
Will be rice, beets & carrots, red spinach (common in these parts, never seen it in the US) etc.

Still nailing down my new routine to move ahead.
