There's a great YouTube channel called AmericanTurk -- the guy who runs it is a NYC cabbie who used to video his trips to Michelin-starred restaurants in the city, and while he still does some of that, he's recently been going to struggling restaurants, giving his honest (free) reviews, and boosting the restaurants' sales through the roof. It's a truly heartwarming thing to watch and this is just a small example of what he's been doing....
