Our kitty, Foggy, had a time exploring every inch of the new house, finding his new hidey holes and finding his fave blankies to nuzzle and sleep on.

He's a handsome cat and he is comfortable in his new home with Shadow and his humans. Great pictures, I hope you are rested up after your move, and feeling like the new place is your home. It looks to have good natural light.

We're getting there. Most all boxes are emptied out and contents put away. It is becoming home. This house has windows throughout. Lots of good natural light. Thanks for noticing!

I've never seen any place use "paediatrics."

The is a pediatric dental office in our neighborhood that is called Kid's Dentist, and someday I will probably give in to my temptation to stop by there and ask then if they only have one patient. It should be Kids' Dentist, damnit!

I often suspect I must have been an English teacher or editor in a previous incarnation. Incorrect language uses bugs the hell out of me.

According "Oxford Languages" — custom also refers to:
BRITISH
"regular dealings with a shop or business by customers."
"'if you keep me waiting, I will take my custom elsewhere'"

Thank You! (I've led a sheltered life . . .)

His people are adjusting and adapting. Don't know if you knew where we moved from, but for 23 years there we built a horse-boarding farm, riders welcomed to and rode our obstacle course. It all got to be too much, so we're here. All is good. Thank You for asking.

KC's "sister" Shadow is acclimating well enough.
