When your dog is athletic.

Was at the park with Dunc the golden retriever getting in cardio this is walk two for today and now we lay low to beat the heat. At the park i saw this beautiful collie jumping catching frisbee. Such grace agility speed. Watching the collie today reminds me of our border collie years ago she lived to chase tennis ball.

We get back to my car and my furry boy face plants climbing in the front seat. Then turns around and looks at me as to say can you give my backend a boost.

We held paws on the way home as i drove Dunc sitting in passenger seat it’s our thing.

I would tell people she was a Penn/Dunlop retriever.
Our local tennis courts were surrounded by palmetto palms, and see would go crashing in and try to carry out more than see could fit in her mouth.(3)
I had to stop doing it because I knew one day she'd find a rattlesnake on a water moccasin in there.
Miss ya, Maggie.

Or maybe “Dunc’s Doings”?

A sequel could be “Dunc’s Done it Again!”

Just imagining…
