My gal has become fussy at times. When I buy a bunch of poultry-based food, she decides she's more into seafood fare. And visa versa. So I got a sample of some dried food called Dr. Marty Nature's Feast. She absolutely hogulated on it. Is this as good as they claim it is? It's pretty expensive, so I want to make sure it's good for her.
She gobbled down a small bowl of it. Then I mixed it in with a bowl of wet food she was totally ignoring and she wolfed that down as well.

(4,722 posts)Our cats refuse to eat expensive brands, the brats prefer a mix of friskies/kitten chow/iams, and friskies canned pate.

(29,803 posts)We've been with this practice since 1994, and have been thru several retirements. The woman we are currently seeing has toured the Purina facilities and feels they produce very reputable products.
You might try "decorating" her food with a few drizzles of the Churu pate that comes in tubes. One of ours went thru a brief picky spell, and this tempted her and got her started.
