In wrong places is usually due to them trying to tell you something's amiss.

There's a product called Nature's Own or something like that, will take out the smell. There are probably others or possibly something you already have available, check labels.

"gets out the smell" not "removes stains." The removes stains has soap in it and doesn't work as well.

Where was the injury? Could he be having trouble getting into and out of the litterpan? If so, is there something with a lower lip that he could use for a little while?
