I have read about Chewy sending flowers to families whose pets have died when they are notified of the reason for discontinuing an auto ship recurring order.

We had to stop using Chewy because the cans were mangled and crushed. Some gave our
cats diarrhea.

A few cans got crushed, not too bad for several years of orders.

It looks like due to aluminum shortages, the cans are thinner and more fragile. They are
easily damaged in handling. We had the same problem with Amazon.
