When he's excited he tunnels through the living room furniture knocking all the pillows and throws on the floor. If he gets on the bed he does the same. My other two don't.

Actually we have several. One, Flashy, absolutely insists on being covered with the blanket when we go to sit in the recliner. He likes to curl up on our shoulders and have cover him with the blanket.

Every morning, I would make the bed and every afternoon, when I came home from work, it would be all messed up. After she passed away, the bed would be exactly the way I had left it in the morning and I would sit on it and cry.

I can't believe I'm sitting here, crying all over again, just typing those words. It's been over 13 years since I lost her.

I'm sorry. I haven't cried for her in a long, long time.

Our Boston Terrier. Not only tunnels at night, but wraps herself as a package in blankets for naps

Is a world champeen tunneler. He literally wraps himself into a ball with his blanket. I don’t know how he breathes.

Dachshunds are notorious tunnelers. Gotta catch those badgers ya know?

Or lay in the bed by the storm door in stealth mode to scare the kittahs when they come on his porch. 🤣 Sadly his hearing is getting worse so the kittahs are growing bolder. 😉
