Activist Arrest for Sidewalk Chalk Message, Police Officer Ignorant of Bill of Rights [VIDEO]

This is a video from my new show, Counterpoint PA, the only grassroots progressive newscast exclusively about Pennsylvania politics.

In this video (at 3:10), Counterpoint PA's homage to the Keith Olbermann: the Worst Pennsylvanians of the Week, I talk about a police officer who apparently isn't familiar with the US Constitution because he or she arrested a health care activist for writing the message "Corbett has health care, we should too" in chalk on the sidewalk in peaceful protest, referring to the PA governor.
