When you definitely didn't run your letter purporting that something is not a First Amendment issue by the WH counsel's office—or at least any competent attorney.

Political speech—which is what the WH says the AP Stylebook is in this letter—is core protected speech under the First Amendment.

As part of its filings & request for temporary restraining order against the White House tomorrow, attorneys for Associated Press have submitted to the court a copy of the letter written to the AP by White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles
