I ended up at an interesting gettogether out in Orient where we ate and drank well, watched the sun set over the Sound, and, incredibly...

not one word about politics.

Not one.

Amazing! And so welcome.

So, it's been years since I was at a DU gathering in the city and Monday would be as good a time as any.

I saw you met in Hell's Kitchen. I lived for a few years at 48th & Ninth. I could have stumbled out the door and met you both. I'm really looking forward to the DNC. I'll post on bravenak's live thread. Have fun! And hope you enjoy a great weekend.
