This convention is making it impossible for me to read...

I wasn't going to watch, but started, and can't turn it off....
Duckworth, Chaffee, Strickland, others who were just as good whose names I already forgot...

These people are in love with the President, and it shows.

Biden is there, all sincere and teary-eyed at times..

How in the world am I going to get these books read? I figured during the convention would be the best time. Had no trouble reading during the Republican convention...

I wonder why.

Except for the entertainment I got out of Eastwood (huh? ), I was unable to focus then.

So, just put the books down for a while.....they don't get their feelings hurt. They will wait.

I read through it for about 30 minutes, and then changed the channel.

I already knew that Obama was the nominee and that those speaking would promote him; I kind of wanted to hear policy speeches rather than campaign speeches.
