Latest Harry Dresden.

Audio: _The Iron Hand of Mars_ by Lindsey Davis. Fourth Didius Falco. Headed to upper Gaul to set things right for the Emperor Vespasian amongst a problematic legion and some Germanic associates.

I'm about half through (according to the dots at the bottom of the Kindle) and having a very hard time getting into it. I actually walked away once and then picked it back up.

I was never into the vampire craze but enjoyed "The Passage". This book is all over the place so far. Anyone else read it?

It was a freebie at Bouchercon. Haven't read "The Passage" though, so wasn't sure whether to break into it at this point.

I liked The Passage and I remember it took a while for all of it to come together.

He wants to be in it, should it be converted to film.

I like Westerns, and these 2 aren't bad. West has also written a novel about the Constitutional Convention.
