Topic of North Korea

There's a series out about "Rogue Warrior" and it seems he goes to every troubled nation in the world, going by what I saw in the library lists. I ordered Rogue Warrior--Dictator's Ransom(2008) by Richard Marcinko. I enjoyed James Church's novels about North Korea.

I happened to find this book because of a post in Non-Fiction about books about North Korea. In looking for books with the NK subject, found this Fiction book.

The non-fiction North Korea books deserve a look too. I find that if I read a fiction book about a country, it makes me more curious about the "real" country.

Start with A Corpse in the Koryo, the Koryo being the major hotel in Pyongyang where foreign visitors are housed.

Even the last one about his nephew, I forget the title.....looked it up, "A Drop of Chinese Blood."

A great series. When North Korea was in the news a month or so ago, it made me more sympathetic towards the people there....

Thank you.
