Aw, Richard Adams has passed

I LOVED Watership Down, one of my favorites ever. I was in my 20s when I read it and I cried like a baby at the end, because I didn't want it to. End. I wanted to stay in that magical world forever. (wasn't impressed by the movie)

RIP Mr. Adams. You have my undying gratitude.

Have you ever seen a movie made from a beloved book that really worked? I can't think of even one.

But that's actually a TV series rather than a movie. IMO, it's even better than the books.

I thought they did a pretty good job with The 10 Commandments.
