Jim Shooter has passed

Ugh, this hits so hard. Every Gen Xer who was a comic book fan in the 80's should appreciate his work. RIP, Big Jim.

The Man oversaw some of the Greatest Comics Ever Written. I am a Particular Fan of his Work on the Avengers with George Perez, may he Rest in Power also. I lost my reading comics in a University move. I had all of those Avengers Comics as well as the Claremont Byrne and Austin X-Men. I also had some other good stuff (Cap, Iron Man, etc.). I modelled my art skills after Perez and read and owned "How to Draw Comics the Marvel Way" by Buscema. Anyway, may Jim Shooter Rest in Peace and in Power. My Condolences to his Friends and Family.
