"On A Summer's Day" is a story I wrote about

time travel and magic. I had a lot of fun writing it.

It was published years ago at the now-defunct ezine, The Harrow. The editor-owner Dru Pagliassotti said she liked it a lot and asked me to give The Harrow first dibs if I ever wrote another story with the same characters. I never did. Oh, well.

Today I put it on a free Webador webpage.

Reading it today when I happened across it in some desk stuff gave me a lift, like it did when I wrote it. It was fun - especially the part where I turned my daughter and daughters-in-law into cows.

This is my favorite story out of the handful I've written. It undepresses me. It's goofy, but I don't care.

the URL link in the story works in case someone would like to buy a Steven L. Gibbs Hyper Dimensional Resonator (HDR) time machine for reals.
