They recently switched to a pay-to-use service, but they compile a wide range of publishers and venues for writers. I can't vouch for the current quality of the site, but it was pretty good before they put up the paywall.

It would still require a bit of research on your part in order to find the ideal outlet for your work, but it's a lot simpler than digging through the whole internets on your own. Probably cheaper than employing a service, too.
