Cardinals looking good way way WAAAAY too late for it to make any difference. I'll take it I suppose.

Look, 23 was a lost season obviously, and our pitching staff was exposed as one of the worst in all Baseball, but we took a series against the best team in baseball - In Atlanta no less.

So, yeah, well... uhhm. Yay?

Let me tell ya 2 things though.

1. Jordan Walker looks very beasty. He's hitting bombs, hitting for average and playing outfield defense too. The difference between May's Jordan and today's Jordan is amazing.

Since late July, he's been a completely different cat in the outfield and an absolute threat at the plate.

2. Masyn Winn is a big-league talent. You can smell the glove all the way through the TV screen. Plus, his arm is amazing - he will steal outs at 1st on a lot of speedy MFers in the coming years.

That being said, Adam Wainwright is fixing to get absolutely SHELLED tomorrow. The Redbirds will need to plate 17 runs to have a chance.
