When the All Star Games was held in San Francisco, I was fortunate enough to attend and Aaron made an appearance on the field.
I stood up and cheered and waved wildly. My cousin, who was attending with me asked what was I doing? I told her,
“Shut up! I’m waving at Hank Aaron!”

I had waited a long time.

I saw Hank Aaron play in Milwaukee during the 1957 season. Went to the park with my uncle---had my first bratwurst at the stadium.
What a team Milwaukee had that year!!!
