(10,411 posts)The average hand size for the 39 quarterbacks taken in the first round from 2008 to 2020 is 9.7 inches, according to ESPN Stats & Information.
Here's just a small sampling of all-Pro and/or Super Bowl Quarterbacks with well below average hand size.
Drew Brees, New Orleans Saints: 8 3/8 inches
Joe Burrow, Cincinnati Bengals: 9 inches
Jared Goff, Detroit Lions: 9
Baker Mayfield, Tampa Bay Buccaneers: 9¼
Patrick Mahomes, Kansas City Chiefs: 9¼
Brock Purdy, San Francisco 49ers: 9¼
