I went during the burning season which just added to the already ever present pollution.
Hue was interesting. The TTC Imperial has a restaurant/bar on the top floor with amazing views of the city. The Imperial City was definitely worth the time to see it. I don’t make it any farther south than Da Nang.

We need that more than ever.

People are kind around the globe as long as you don’t insult their beliefs . Or you’re a woman.

Was there for over a year, the food is amazing, the coffee is out of this world, and the people are kind. The big cities aren't so great but I feel that way about all big cities... escape Hanoi and HCMC, find the coastal cities like Nha Trang and enjoy the sunshine and beaches.

Thank you for carrying a piece of American culture around the globe.

Be very careful as you move about as there are pickpockets, robbers and scammers everywhere. Locals are always a good source for clues of local crime trends and preventative measures.
