Great American Road Trip!

C4p checking in from the road!

My findings so far going over and back across this great land:

We live on a beautiful expansive varied continent. I feel nothing but love and appreciation as we've traveled it from west to east and back again, on different routes (essentially rounding the Great Lakes to the north and then south).

To a person everyone has been friendly and courteous. Maybe if our" leaders" got out the way we folks can run things? Just a thought.

The highways, rest areas, and state parks have been stellar. Easy to make a same day reservation. Gas mostly just under $3/gall.

Couple old farts...we both turned 70 this year..still got it for a 6000 mile / 3 week+ road trip!
