This Travel Checklist Will Help You Prepare for Your Next Trip Like a Pro

I'm trying to get into the habit of not overpacking. It makes sense to stick to a color palette. Typically I lay out my clothes and wait a day before I pack. That way it's easier to eliminate items.

to always have an outing sceduled so I can think about my packing list.

One medium sized bag: underwear rolled and fit in the bag's corners. One layer each of 2 pairs of slacks, laid flat. Pants folded half lengthwise, 3 or 4 shirts laid flat on top of slacks, one extra pair of shoes with soles up on top. I also had a small carry on with makeup, toothbrush.
