West Virginia can't force an atheist inmate to profess Christianity

12 step programs already have questionable efficacy. WV takes it to another level by forcing inmates to profess belief in Christianity as a condition of their parole.

The video mentions there are alternative treatment programs available and this guy requested, but was denied any of them. I suspect those alternatives are reserved for those people who subscribe to a faith other than Christianity. But since this guy was an atheist they forced him into a Christian program because they are too stupid to know doing so is a flagrant violation of the Constitution.

forbidden to make any form of religious belief mandatory.

That tenet has been shown to extend down to the state level, so this guy should get his parole if other things are met.
