Pema Chodron, Ezra Klein, and Neoliberal Spirituality

Pema Chodron has some good self-regulation tips, but her legacy mirrors that of the Democratic elite, who ignore pain and suffering and appeal to your forbearance when you resist. So of course she is Ezra Klein’s favourite guru.

Part 2: some Shambhala metaphysics. Pema Chodron offers Ezra Klein a way to feel better about not confronting fascists.

Part 3 (final): Pema's cult-born emotional regulation and Ezra Klein's liberal centrism share the same antifeminist, anti-intersectional function: telling dissenters their anger is the problem.
