From what I understood her to say, things happen in the ether before they manifest on earth, which is what I believe she means in her title, that "it's done."

I didn't understand why she was so surprised, startled and indignant that a ghost walked through her house.

You may sneak through, you may hide out in the laundry room for a minute before I find you and send you on your way... but no ghost is bold enough to flat out walk through my house naked in a diaper."

I would think a ghost can show up any time, any place. No rules. If a friendly relationship is established, you may be able to impose ground rules for future visits. I have heard of that. I just didn't understand why she was upset.

Not sure, as I am not gifted with that type of sight.

Maybe she has protections / protectors set up. Dunno.
