I'll be your new host.
Some of you already know me from other forums both here and on the old DU. I am a Christian Liberal who does openly practice their faith (though I don't force it upon others by any means!). This group is open to all and few topics are will be closed. All I ask for is civility when posting to each other and to please refrain from generalizing everyone into a group. (No broadbrushing please!)
If I'm not online and you need to find me please send me a pm and I'll answer back asap. You can also find me in the Missouri group. (Please come join us there, whether you live there or not!)
Oh, and one last question/comment: is there any one thread that we should pin? I can get that done right now, if needed.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?
This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.
