Hate-filled graffiti targets Israeli-American Council headquarters in Los Angeles

The national headquarters of the Israeli-American Council (IAC) in Woodland Hills was targeted in an antisemitic vandalism incident over the weekend, officials said.

Swastikas, other Nazi symbols, and hateful messages including “F— Jews, BDS” were spray-painted on the sidewalk, building entrance, and nearby barriers close to the community center and offices of the IAC’s Los Angeles region, according to the organization.

The vandalism included a yellow swastika and the letters “SS,” referencing the Nazi Schutzstaffel, painted on the sidewalk directly in front of the Shepher Community Center on Winnetka Avenue. A swastika was also drawn on a cardboard snowman at the building’s entrance, while additional hateful graffiti was found along a barrier near the Highway 101 freeway entrance and elsewhere in the area.

Diaspora Jews now know the truth. Entrance and acceptance into society was a facade. The welcome was an inch deep.

It is a wake-up call. Jews across the world now know the depth of Jew hatred that ranges from those who want Jews dead to those who trade in antisemitic tropes and conspiracy theories to the “soft antisemite” who buys into media stereotypes.

At least Jews know who their friends are, even if it hurts to realize they can be counted on one hand.

It has become amusing as much as tragic to watch people twist themselves into pretzels insisting that their anti-Zionism is not antisemitism as if Jewsplaining to Jews who they are and denying Jews their identity and nationhood has nothing to do with animosity and hate toward Jews. They should know Jews know the difference between political criticism and antisemitism and can smell it a mile away.

Big hug to you lapucelle.

When they know it is accepted in society.

Anti Semites are across the political spectrum. They were just waiting for an opportunity to pop their heads up from their slithering slimy holes.
