(JEWISH GROUP) Threatening letters sent to multiple Jewish organizations in Pittsburgh, FBI investigating

Threatening letters have been sent to several Jewish organizations in the Pittsburgh area, the Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh said.

Shawn Brokos, who serves as the organizations community security director, said the Federal Bureau of Investigations and local law enforcements is investigating the threats.

"While deeply disturbing, we want to assure our community that safety and security remain our top priority," Brokos said.

The federation's security team is monitoring the situation.
