there are no groups for pet owners

My Timmy is hurt. He's a nearly eighteen year old dachshund who has been my friend through every storm. He's ailing and its bad. I don't know where else to tell this.

I lost both my parents early last year and then my first dog in August. I had a more difficult time with my girl watching her die. When I was telling someone that day what happen I had a hard time getting it out. I still have thoughts of her even though I an older one that I adopted and about a month after my girl died I found another girl to take in. The one I adopted was having difficult time and knew I needed another dog as soon as possible. I was fortunate to find one similar to the one that passed away. She has similar characteristics but has major ones of her own. I buried my girl out in the back yard by the spot she always hanged out.

I just hope it isn't worse when the one I adopted passes. She will be 15 next month. She has changed a bit since the other one passed. But still has some spryness.
