I’m having Kim chi with breakfast tomorrow morning.

One vegetable he didn’t single out is daikon radish. Whenever I go to a Korean restaurant, I am amazed at the interesting variations with radishes in general, but especially with daikon.

I grow daikon. You can also do fun stuff with the pods.
