If you want to have a talk on your phone, do it outside. People can't seem to understand that it's rude. This country is like the opposite of Japan. The Japanese are generally very polite, while a lot of Americans couldn't care less about anyone other than themselves. Could you see Japanese people acting like Americans? It's kind of a funny thing to imagine.

I've seen a lot of foreigners cross against the red at night when there's no traffic.
It's still not allowed even if there is no car around
I've also seen a few foreigners drop paper on the ground -- no no
And spit their gum out
