Related: About this forumWhen I go back and forth to put up an OP on my phone,
preview does not hold the links or body of the op I have added to my initial post. So I end up posting posting and then go get the link or the adenda to add to my OP. This is frustrating to people who see myOP before I have finished it.
I am on an android phone.

(23,144 posts)It sounds like you are writing a post, then hitting preview, and when the preview comes up the links are missing. Is that what's happening?
Do they show up as just plain text, or are they completely erased? Does this happen when you're trying to turn text into a link, or when you're writing out a link in full? Or both?

and forth, sometimes, it does not take. What ever the second addition was is not there when I go back to preview to add for a third time. If I preview and go back for a second time and then post (no third) it works fine. The problem is nothing is left of the second addition, be it a title, a link or text, when I try to add something for a third time.
Oh it just happened again. The title was not there when I went to preview to add a link on the second addition.

(23,144 posts)Can I ask, just to clarify -- after you preview, do you use your browser's "back" button, or do you use your phone's back feature by swiping from left to right, to continue working on your post?

(127,613 posts)the back button at the bottom of the page. Thanks for trying. I am being much more careful when I traverse different renderings. That seems to help. I'll let you know if it still happens but for now do not worry about it.

(127,613 posts)I guess I was initiating other functions as I moved between pages on my cell. I'll tell you if it happens again.
