I switch VPNs between Canada and Virginia and nothing changes. Like a hippo stuck in wet concrete. So many "bad gateways" or "time-out errors"

Switching VPNs won't do anything when this is happening. There's an issue at our end which we are still working to fix.

We've just restricted access to the site again, so things should work normally for now, provided you are signed in.

I also got a message that the connection wasn't secure, although it usually is (paraphrase) I didn't get on at that time, just closed the window.
