Quick response keeps electrical fire in control in Woodbury

... Fire Chief Janet Morgan said firefighters cut power to the home and put out the fire before it could escape the outlet. "They got very, very lucky," Morgan said of the occupants, who were not injured. "It was very, very quick. We were in and out and done."
