A Proud Father's Love Brings 10-Year-Old Son To Tears (video)

In an interview with NBC's "Today Show," Rasan Portlock, 29, shared his adoration, excitement, and pride as he discussed being a father to his son, Ryheim.

The two talked with NBC’s chief education correspondent, Rehema Ellis, about how Ryheim's school has improved over the years. According to Portlock, that improvement has helped fuel the 10 year old's already insatiable appetite for education, and has also helped Rasan facilitate more productive supplemental learning at home.

The short segment is chock-full of heart warming moments, but the most moving comes around the 3:22 mark when Ryhiem, so overcome by his father's love and pride, is unable to hold back tears.
