Vance Boelter had manifesto ahead of lawmaker shootings - FOX 9 Minneapolis-St. Paul

Vance Boelter has been named a suspect in the shootings of two Minnesota lawmakers and their spouses. Melissa and Mark Hortman were killed, and John and Yvette Hoffman were injured. Boelter had a manifesto prior to the shootings that might have shed light on a motive. - Aired on 06/14/2025.

Implies he had help fleeing, though I guess he could escape on foot in the middle of the night. He'd be found if he fled in his own vehicle. So are there accomplices? A network of true believers? Not one-off shooter like the average mass shooters, this was planned extensively. IMHO.

Mental illness causes people to target Democrats for some nonpolitical reason.
