I wonder if the payroll or at least all involved or just their names and training can be got under the Freedom of Information Act or the arrest reports and who filled them out can be obtained ? Can the prosecutor file charges and ask the court to identify the officers involved in this arrest being there was a crime by the officers plainly shown in the videos and that they lied evidenced by witness testimony and the video ?The sons should get an attorney and file a civil lawsuit for the illegal force used to take this older guy and the government would have to give evidence in discovery .
