Justifying a failure to verify facts or to use one scientist's opinion vs another (since numbers are only as good as the recording or diagnostic capabilities of machines) is not an excuse to come up with potentially incorrect information because others do so too. This is just another media attempt to hype the news.

But we all know of hyped stories on LooTube. We see it so often even on this site where LooTube videos are posted.
